　　CEP雙語(yǔ)中學(xué)學(xué)生會(huì)不僅是一個(gè)學(xué)生自我服務(wù)、自我管理、自我成長(zhǎng)的平臺(tái)，更是一個(gè)鍛煉領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和社交能力的重要場(chǎng)所。在這里，同學(xué)們能夠通過(guò)實(shí)際行動(dòng)，學(xué)習(xí)如何管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、組織策劃活動(dòng)、協(xié)調(diào)溝通，這些技能對(duì)于他們未來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)和職業(yè)生涯都是極其寶貴的財(cái)富。

　　對(duì)于初中生來(lái)說(shuō)，這是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的成長(zhǎng)階段。從依賴他人的兒童身份逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楠?dú)立的青少年，這個(gè)過(guò)程中，他們的自我管理能力可能還不夠成熟，自我中心的思維方式仍然存在。因此，我們鼓勵(lì)每一位有能力、有熱情的學(xué)生積極參與到學(xué)生會(huì)中來(lái)。在學(xué)生會(huì)中，學(xué)會(huì)自我管理、服務(wù)他人，習(xí)得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通能力等，實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)!

　　The Student Union at CEP serves as both a platform for self-service, self-management, and personal growth and a key venue for developing leadership and social skills. Students gain invaluable experience in team management, event organization, and communication—assets crucial for their future.

　　This stage is critical for junior high students transitioning from dependence to independence, where self-management skills are still developing. We encourage all capable and passionate students to join the Student Union, where they can learn to manage themselves, serve others, and develop essential skills for personal growth and future success.

　　一批又一批的學(xué)生在這個(gè)團(tuán)體里生長(zhǎng)成長(zhǎng)，走向更廣闊的舞臺(tái)。隨著季節(jié)的更迭，學(xué)生會(huì)也會(huì)迎來(lái)新的成員。在秋天的尾聲和冬天的序曲之間，學(xué)生會(huì)都會(huì)進(jìn)行一年一度的納新競(jìng)選活動(dòng)，為更多的學(xué)生提供展示自己、服務(wù)他人的機(jī)會(huì)。Students grow and thrive within this community, moving on to broader stages. As the seasons change, the Student Union welcomes new members. Between the end of autumn and the beginning of winter, the Student Union holds its annual recruitment and election activities, providing more students with opportunities to showcase themselves and serve others.

　　這是一個(gè)充滿活力和挑戰(zhàn)的時(shí)刻，每一位勇敢站出來(lái)的小衛(wèi)士都將站在競(jìng)選的舞臺(tái)上，雖然心中可能有些緊張，但他們展現(xiàn)出的是自信和大方。This is an energizing and challenging time for each brave little defender who will stand on the campaign stage, and though there may be some nervousness in their hearts, they show confidence and generosity.

　　02過(guò)程，就是收獲The process is the reward.

　　在競(jìng)選過(guò)程中，他們不僅要向同學(xué)們發(fā)出自己的宣言，更要展示自己的能力和決心。他們明白，精進(jìn)自己、服務(wù)他人的過(guò)程本身就是一種收獲。通過(guò)這樣的經(jīng)歷，他們將學(xué)會(huì)如何更好地與他人合作，如何更有效地解決問(wèn)題，以及如何在團(tuán)隊(duì)中發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用。這些經(jīng)歷將成為他們寶貴的財(cái)富，伴隨他們成長(zhǎng)，幫助他們?cè)谖磥?lái)的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中取得成功。During the election process, they must not only make their own declaration to their classmates, but also demonstrate their ability and determination. They understand that the process of refining themselves and serving others is a reward in itself. Through these experiences, they will learn how to work better with others, how to solve problems more effectively, and how to lead a team. These experiences become valuable assets that will grow with them and help them succeed in their future studies and in life.
