北京市清華志清中學由清華附中老教師協會于1989年創辦，與清華附中合作密切。經北京市教育主管部門批準，具有接收外國留學生，頒發留學生"外"字高中畢業證書資格并納入北京市統招計劃的全日制寄宿高中。
學校坐落于中關村科技園區，南臨北京大學、清華大學，北接北京體育大學，西依圓明園，東傍城市輕軌，地理位置優越，傳統的人文精神和現代的科學理念在這里交匯，清華、北大的天之驕子洋溢的青春風采和聯想、方正時代精英放射的智慧光芒在這里融合。
Tsinghua Zhiqing High School was founded in 1989 by the teachers association from Tsinghua University High School. The campus is conveniently located in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, the south of campus is next to Peking University and Tsinghua University; Beijing Sport University is located to the north; the west of campus is the Old Summer Palace. This is a place where traditional humanistic spirit and modern scientific idea are united; this is the place where specially privileged youth from Peking University and Tsinghua University are met, and this is the place where bright ideas of elites from Legend and Founder are integrated. Our campus is surrounded by the Heqing park.
學校秉承清華大學“自強不息，厚德載物”的辦學思想，遵循“知春早學、自強不息、識才仁教、厚德載物”的校訓，擁有國際化的校園環境，先進的教學設備，便利的交通，一流的師資。辦學20多年來，為社會和高校輸送了數千名優秀學生，其中不乏有邁進了清華大學、中國人民大學、北京體育大學、中國傳媒大學、上海交通大學、上海同濟大學等著名學府的學生。

Tsinghua Zhiqing High School share the same education philosophy as Tsinghua University, that is “Self-Discipline, Social Commitment". We carry the school motto of "Early Learning, Self-Discipline, Student-Centered Teaching and Social Commitment". Many excellent students graduated from our school during the past over 20 years, alumni are currently attending some of the best universities including Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Sport University, Communication University of China, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Tongji University.
International Division is dedicated to the integration of Chinese and Western culture and education to bring the best part of both to our students.
Bilingual teaching, we offer AP curriculum at our school. Small size class ensures adequate time between students and teachers. We treat each student with the care and support of a true family.

About Tsinghua Zhiqing International
《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要(2010-2020年)》明確要求“培養大批具有國際視野、通曉國際規則、能夠參與國際事務與國際競爭的國際化人才”。同時提出，高中教育應該“多樣化發展，促進辦學體制多樣化，擴大優質資源。推進培養模式多樣化，滿足不同潛質學生的發展需要，探索發現和培養創新人才的途徑”。以及，家庭綜合性教育選擇需求及經濟實力的支持，教育國際化和高中課程改革共同推動了普通高中國際班的發展。清華志清中學致力于融合中西方教育及國際教育的精粹，借鑒并引進西方優秀的教育模式，融合了中西方優秀文化的教育內容，充分考慮學生的發展特點。于2011年開始國際化課程改革，經過數年堅持不懈地努力，清華志清中學建立了一套符合學生國際化發展的教育體系，可以幫助有意向出國留學的學生取得國內、外高中文憑，并直接申請世界一流大學就讀。截至2019年，學校已成功培養五屆學生出國。
我們重視對知識的深化應用，國際部各學科授課老師均為本專業領域有多年教學經驗的優秀教師。學校重視教學管理人員的素質培養，建立了完善的教育教學管理體系，從而提高教學質量和效率。

學校重視培養學生：主動性、創新精神、合作意識以及知識與實踐結合的應用能力和批判性思維能力。對學生的評價將采用平時表現與期末測試結合在一起的綜合評價方式，平時考核加強對學生學習過程的改進和梳理，期末考核檢測學生學習的效果。
學校每學年都為學生設置英語強化課程，獨特的三年制課程體系使學生的英語水平在高三畢業時達到海外大學入學考試所要求的水平。英語教學以夯實學生英文基礎和培養學生英語綜合能力為主，采用中教外教結合的授課方式。能力提升為主，應試為輔。
