上海師范大學附屬第二外國語學校：新學期 從“心”出發

　　開學啦，老師以嶄新面貌迎接新學期，做好開學前的準備。在新學期，我們學校也迎來了許多新成員。小編從“學生篇、教師篇、管理篇”來闡述大家需要做好的準備。

　　School is beginning soon and the teachers are welcoming the new semester with a new look and many preparations. Before the new semester begins, our school has already welcomed many new members.We have compiled reports from the perspective of students, teachers and management on what you need to prepare for the start of the school year.

　　開學腳步臨近，學生需要做好準備迎接新學期。

　　As the new semester dawns, students need to be prepared.

　　物品準備，如：暑假作業、學習用品(筆記本、寫字筆、筆袋、尺子等)、住宿生需要準備生活用品(替換衣物、校服等)。

　　“Item preparation” includes items such as: Summer homework and school supplies (Notebooks, pens, pencil case, rulers etc.). Boarding students need to prepare items for daily use (school uniforms and casual clothing etc.).

　　收心準備：新學期開始，學生需要將注意力集中到學業上，學習和放松的時間比例需要做出相應的調整。

　　“Preparing the heart”: At the beginning of the new semester, students need to focus on their studies, and the proportion of time spent learning and relaxing needs to be adjusted accordingly.

　　身體準備：養成鍛煉身體的好習慣，并調整作息時間，力求與學校時間同步。

　　Physical Preparation: Develop the good habit of exercising daily and adjusting your alarms and schedule to keep pace with school times.

　　寫在最后但也是很重要的準備是目標準備：新學期開始，制定一個明確的目標，并盡可能的細分成若干小目標，促使自己更有動力去完成目標。

　　The final but important preparation is the Setting of Goals: As the new semester approaches, it is a good idea to set a clear goal and subdivide it into a number of smaller goals in order to become more motivated to achieve the ultimate goal.

　　教師篇 Teachers

　　新學期為了帶領學生更加主動的熱愛學習，全體教師提前回到學校，為開學做好充分的準備，努力備課、積極開展教學研討會、參加專業培訓和綜合技能培訓。

　　In order to assist students to become more independent and increase their love of learning, teachers have arrived a few weeks before school begins. Their preparations include lesson preparation, actively participating in teaching and research seminars, professional training and comprehensive skills training.

　　校內組織了多次學科組教研活動;并邀請校外知名專家舉行講座。“學習共同體”專家陳靜靜博士為老師帶來“深度學習”講座，引起老師的共鳴;上海市特級校長、特級教師周鳳林專家的“班級管理要訣與教師素養”講座，贏得老師陣陣掌聲。

　　The school organized a number of subject specialist teaching and research activities, and invited well-known experts in their field to the school to present lectures and share their knowledge. Dr.Chen Jingjing, an expert in the “Learning Community”, lectured on “deep learning”, which resounded with all the teachers. The lectures on "Classroom Management Tips and Teaching Standard " by Shanghai Premier Principal and outstanding teacher, Zhou Fenglin, won applause from all the teachers.

　　新學期，我們也迎來了一批教學經驗豐富、資歷深厚的新老師。在教研研討會上，這些老師積極發言，迅速融入學校的氛圍，并也大方無私的分享自己以往的工作經歷，為教師隊伍注入一股新鮮的活力。

　　This semester we also welcomed a group of new teachers with rich teaching experience and notable qualifications. At the teaching and research seminars, these teachers had an opportunity to share their past work experience with the other staff. Their readiness to generously and selflessly share their experiences injected a fresh energy and vitality into the teaching team.

　　經過以上“充電學習”，全校老師一致決心“不讓一個孩子掉隊”，讓所有的學生在本校都能“學有所成”。

　　After the completion of “Recharge Learning”, all the teachers unanimously determined to “not let a child fall behind”, but strive to help each student to “make progress”.

　　管理篇 Management

　　為了讓全體學生有一個溫馨整潔的學習環境，后勤行政部的老師們各司其職;在住宿、用餐、醫療、環境等方面提前為學生做好了準備。負責住宿的老師們在暑假期間仍然堅守崗位，日常衛生打掃終年如一日;餐廳定時按標準對食堂進行消毒和衛生檢查，開展了“豐富菜品、提升服務、保證安全”的培訓活動，以全新面貌迎接學生的到來。醫療室的老師們仍然兢兢業業，整理學生醫務資料，一如往常的照顧和關愛學生。保潔阿姨定期開關門窗通風，定期維護課桌課椅，一切工作準備妥當，只為將校園裝扮的更加舒適與溫暖。

　　In order to provide a comfortable and organized learning environment for all students, the teachers in the Logistics Administration Department are performing their duties. They are preparing the student accommodation, meals, medical care and the campus environment. The responsible dormitory teachers were on duty during the summer vacation, and the cleaning staff ensured a daily hygienic environment. The restaurant regularly conducts disinfection and sanitation inspections of the canteen according to acceptable standards and carried out training activities for “Great food, Improve Service and Ensure Safety” in order to meet the arrival of the new students. The clinic staff are conscientiously tidying up, organizing medical supplies and the medical information of the students, in order to provide the best care to the students. The cleaning workers regularly open and closes windows and doors to ensure good ventilation, as well as maintaining the desks and chairs in good order. Everything and everyone is ready for work. These efforts have all made the campus clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting.

　　新學期即將開始了，我們老師用“心”準備，從“心”出發，滿懷熱情與赤誠期待每一位學生和家長的到來。我們準備好了，就等你來。
